Revenue is dependant on many factors. For example, how many bedrooms/bathrooms does your space have? Which resort is it located in? Does the interior design need upgrades? Is there a scenic view? Fill in our contact form and we can give you more detailed information.
We recommend all clients to have x3 turnover of linens per bed and x2 turnover of towels per guest that is accommodated. This ensures adequate supply of linens/towels should any go amiss. We provide an order proposal to all clients prior to purchase to tailor to individual expense goals.
From listing creation to stocking with all essential guest products, you can expect anywhere from less than a week to a month. The quickest turn around time we had was 2 days. We have an offsite storage location with all consumable items ready and would only need a few days to weeks for linen and furniture delivery (if unit comes unfurnished).
We use a property management software called HostAway, you will be able to see all bookings, messages and financials from all booking channels.
We hold funds from all payouts, and at the beginning of each month, we transfer you the difference of the payout total minus management fee, cleaning fee and any supplies/services needed throughout the month. We will provide a detailed spreadsheet for your tax records.
